Symphony Honolulu

Symphony Honolulu is located at the corner of Kapiolani Boulevard and Ward Avenue, right in the heart of the neighborhood. This condo community is comprised of a 45-story tower rising to 400 feet for a total of 388 residential units spread over 3.35 acres. The community will also include retail shops, recreational facilities, and open leisure spaces.

sysCondos feature contemporary design with energy-efficient technologies and appliances. All units boast floor-to-ceiling low-e insulated windows, so lots of natural light can stream in. About half of the units have lanais, and some are lined with glass railings. Oak hardwood flooring covers the entry foyer, kitchen, and living areas. The gourmet kitchens also feature Studio Becker cabinets, Bosch stainless-steel appliances, polished quartz countertops, and glass tile backsplash.

Units are available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 672 to 1,520 square feet. While the one- bedroom and smaller two-bedroom condos have great views of the mountains, the larger two- and three-bedroom condos have spectacular views of the ocean. When it comes to pricing, one-bedrooms start from $500,000, two-bedrooms from $600,000, and three-bedrooms from $800,000.

The building itself is filled with green details, like the PV solar panels, the EV charging stations in the garage, and the education center for energy-efficiency. Residents are treated to a long list of luxury amenities, like the spacious seventh-floor terrace lounge, the private movie theater with multi-media rooms, and barbeque dining stations. The infinity-edge pool is a great place to cool off, or you can relax in the Jacuzzi spa or daybed retreat instead. For something more active, head to the all-inclusive fitness center and its yoga room. Two guest suites are also on-site for visitors.

If storage is an issue, residents can utilize the additional storage lockers as well as the watersport storage for surf enthusiasts.

While virtually every need is fulfilled on-site, Symphony Honolulu’s neighborhood is worth exploring. This vibrant and artistic community is filled with contemporary design, and residents can enjoy Kakaako’s abundant, growing culture of art, theatre, concerts, shopping, dining, and nightlife. The beach is also just a short walk away, and Ala Moana Beach Park offers grassy lawns, golden sand, and calm waters all minutes from your doorstep.

The Symphony Honolulu is a new development planned by San Diego-based developer Oliver McMillan. Construction began in late 2013 and is planned to premiere by early 2016.
